Well, let me just say that unless you live on a retreat, have a private chef and fitness trainer, or are incredibly disciplined, you are completely normal.
As a food focused naturopath, I can help you achieve your health goals with naturopathy consultations, food coaching and cooking classes, all aimed at supporting you in making the lasting changes you want, at a pace that suits you.
