garlic sauce
This is not a first date kind of garlic sauce because it’s off the charts! A great immune boosting, dairy free sauce.
1/2 cup tahini
1/2 cup water
1 clove garlic
2 dates
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Blend and refrigerate for up to four days. If the dressing is too runny, simply add more tahini.
I think putting some chopped parsley in this dressing would be great.
Pour over veggies, falafel, kebabs or roasted sweet potatoes.
